Terms of payment

Credit card

It is possible to use the cards of the Visa, Postepay, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express circuits without any commission. The credit card details are managed by the Bank. The information entered in the order form is managed exclusively through the use of 128-bit encryption systems (SSL) which prevent its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service, through which you can pay online easily, quickly and securely. For this type of payment it is necessary to have a PayPal account. Bank transfer

The reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate the order number.

The order will be processed only after the credit has been received: the sending of the accountant is not required!

The order will be canceled automatically if we do not receive payment within 7 days of placing the order.

Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

Delivery

The delivery of the goods takes place by courier within about 5 days of receipt of payment. It is very important that there is a person at the address indicated ready to receive the goods, to avoid additional costs. In the event of a possible exceeding of the delivery times, the buyer has no right to compensation and/or withdrawal from the contract. Unforeseen events which may hinder delivery, such as force majeure, strikes, transport difficulties, etc., authorize the seller to postpone the delivery terms. Partial deliveries are permitted.

Each shipment will be traceable using the code provided by the courier used on the courier's website. This code will be provided to you upon request.

Couriers do not deliver to floors.
In the event that the package is placed in storage by the courier, you will be promptly notified by email. The storage may take place in the event that the courier has attempted delivery to your address without success (eg absence of the recipient, incorrect address, etc.). Couriers often leave notices of the passage with the data to release the stock. However, it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to organize the return of the goods. After 3 days of storage, the courier returns the package, charging us additional costs. These costs will be borne by the buyer as well as any costs for returning the goods to our office.

Checks on delivery

Always check the integrity of the package upon delivery. Only in this way, in the event that the goods are damaged, will it be possible to proceed with a replacement or refund.

If the external packaging is damaged or has even the slightest anomaly (fold, scratch, dent, wet packaging, etc…) you can proceed in two ways:

  • Refuse the delivery and immediately send us a report to info@boschiecontrade.it inserting your order number and your name in the subject line.
  • Collect the package by signing subject to specific control for these cases: specific reserve for folded packaging, damaged packaging, dented packaging, scratched packaging, wet packaging, damaged goods, drafty goods, scratched goods, broken glass, etc…
    DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE COURIER, IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO SIGN WITH SPECIFIC RESERVE , he could make numerous excuses, including the rush to make other deliveries, the non-need to sign with specific reserve, the lack of authorization to have the delivery signed with reserve, so Street. It's just a way to avoid liability and to avoid exercising your right: signing with specific reserve protects your purchase.

Transport damage

All our shipments of goods travel at the seller's risk. Transport damage must be checked immediately in the presence of the driver and/or shipper. Transport damages detected later will not be recognized by the company Per bosco e contrade and will be charged to the buyer.

If possible, please also enclose the invoice or delivery note. The above information is not a binding condition for exercising your right of revocation.

For returned goods, you will receive a refund of the same amount. It may take approximately 10 days for the refunded amount to be credited.

The reversal can only be credited to the account from which the payment was made. If the payment was made by credit card, the reversal will be visible on the following month's statement.

The right of revocation does not apply to the delivery of goods which

  • has been prepared on specific customer directives, or has obviously been prepared for your personal needs by its very nature cannot be made

E) SHARING OF COLLECTED DATA

F) DATA CONSERVATION

The user's personal data are kept for the period necessary for the processing activity for which they were provided. The length of time we keep the data depends on the purposes for which it was collected

In particular:

The data that the user sends us for registration are canceled after 5 years starting from the user's last interaction with boscoecontrade

The data processed for marketing purposes are kept for 5 years, however, canceled within 30 days in the event of a specific request by the user.
 

G) DATA OF USERS MINORS THAN 14 YEARS OLD

The Site is not intended for users under the age of 14. boscoecontrade does not intentionally collect personal information from them. If information on minors is accidentally recorded, boscoecontrade will promptly delete the personal information of such minors.

4. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We periodically review the contents of our Privacy Policy, to ensure that it is always compliant with new data protection regulations and laws. However, even if this Privacy Policy may undergo changes over time, we undertake as of now not to limit the rights of users without first obtaining their explicit consent.
