To prepare the real Fasoldò, only Sarconi beans can be used, grown as in the past: the pods, harvested ripe and leathery from the plant, are beaten and shelled by hand and, for complete drying, they are exposed to the sun in the farmyard... Fasoldò it will therefore be an excellent source of energy, a healthy natural food obtained by steaming beans and sugar.
Bean jam can not only accompany our breakfasts, but can also be present in lunches, alongside ricotta and fresh, sheep and goat cheeses.
Ingredients: Sarconi IGP beans (60%), sugar, lemon juice, natural flavourings, whisky.
