The apple and blackberry jam has a creamy consistency, has a rich and fragrant taste with a slightly tart final note. The apple and blackberry preserve is ideal for preparing desserts, tarts and pastries, but it is also perfect together with yogurt and ice cream. It also lends itself to being combined with aged cheeses as the round taste helps to soften the sharp edges of the seasoning.
