The peculiarity of this jam is the pleasant sour taste, in fact it is perfect for the classic combination of breakfast with bread and butter. Its bright color makes it perfect for filling cakes and pies.
It also goes well with seasoned and savory cheeses such as pecorino, parmigiano reggiano, and also asiago or gorgonzola.
Ingredients: pomegranate pulp (40%), apple (28%), sugar, lemon juice.
