Quince jam, as well as being used in the preparation of desserts, cakes or simply spread on rusks for breakfast, can also be used to accompany meat, especially poultry and game. The quince has Middle Eastern origins and its use alongside meat dates back to the Middle Ages.
We also recommend it in combination with canestrato pecorino di Moliterno IGP
