“ Don't let the farmer know how good cheese with pears is ”, so went the old saying which sealed the perfect marriage between pear and cheese.
This pear and pink pepper jam is ideal with cheeses. The sweet taste of the pear, interrupted by the delicate spiciness of the pink pepper, makes this sauce go well with all types of cheese, from fresh to aged ones.
Also excellent with blue cheeses.
Ingredients: pears (68%), sugar, lemon juice, walnuts (2%).
