With orange and ginger marmalade you will discover the goodness of a simple and healthy marmalade. To prepare this citrus jam we have chosen navel oranges, a particularly juicy variety and ginger, which with its pungent touch enhances the aromatic taste of the oranges and balances the sweetness of the sugar.
Excellent filling for the classic homemade tart, for filling biscuits and crepes, ice cream, cheesecake.
Ingredients: oranges (62%), sugar, lemon juice, candied orange peel, ginger (1.5%), cinnamon (0.2%).
Fruit used: 80 g per 100 g of finished product.
Total sugars: 55 g per 100 g of finished product.
